We are still working with the state to have the pressure vessel issue
resolved. Ron Fink, form Country Corner Rental in Shippensburg, was
inspected again by a state inspector. He was issued a citation, but
it was quickly dismissed. The dismissal came as a result of a call
to the Department of Labor and Industry in Harrisburg. The Federal
Government is rewriting the regulations and the State is waiting to see
what the Federal regulations are before issuing their won new regulations.
Do you know filling old style Propane Bottles is Illegal?? New regulations went into effect April 2002 making it illegal to fill
the old style propane bottles.
